I have missed the trails 🥰 Saturdays have been too busy and I have been in my training block, but now that’s done and Fall is coming and I have more time to enjoy nature
Also stoked to see that while I have been working on my pace, I have not only kept, but improved my fitness for the uphill climb in #trailrunning 😁
There are no secrets to winning, it is simply putting in the hard work consistently 😉
