One trick for overcoming this negative behavior is noticing how we do the same thing…
I am sure if you open up and look for it, you will be able to find an “unreasonable expectation” that person has for you that you just can’t meet
Doing this brings in compassion when we are able to notice…”Oh, they are just like me”
This works with our spouse, kids, friends, work relationships, etc.
Look for the similarities, instead of their inability
