When it comes to Goals Our brain thinks it goes:
Actions: if we do enough
⬇️
Result: we will get what we want
⬇️
Feelings: happy, accomplished…
But if we hustle trying to reach out goal, what we end up creating is just burnout / exhaustion because the Thought we are Thinking in this model is something similar to…”I have to do this”; “I should be further along”; “This is taking too long”
The way it works is:
C-Goal
T-Thought that will create wanted Feeling
F-Wanted Feeling
A- Do all the things necessary
R-Created Goal
