I realize most people are afraid of feeling their emotions...they are afraid because they believe that means we act them out: crying from sadness, yelling from anger, sit in despair from depression, etc. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth
Feeling our emotions means we go into our body and learn to understand what it feels like in our body
A good cry can be helpful, but it is actually unnecessary to act out our emotions to feel them, process them, and move through them
