Consistency is SO much Easier than sporadic
I know it might seem easier to just fit things in when and where and IF you can
But I promise, making the time, setting it aside, and doing it each day is way easier
If you leave too much time and space in between, you lose momentum, fitness, muscle (whatever you are working towards) and you have to keep restarting…That’s HARD!
Even if you only have time or energy to do a portion of what was planned, something is better than nothing and keeps you moving forward
