We can have a completely different experience with the same situation when we choose to react from one emotion rather than another
For instance, if my brain automatically goes to the emotion of Fear for protection; I’m going to yell, lash out, argue, judge, and criticize whatever is happening
But what if the situation doesn’t really need Fear and Protection, maybe that’s an over reaction…our brains loves the default Fight or Flight
What if the situation needs understanding…the reactions that will come from understanding is completely different than fear
