Five minutes a day is all you need to change your life

walking; journaling; meditating; praying; reading scriptures; yoga; eating slower; breath work; running; lifting weights; listening to music; playing music; studying; crafting; writing; the options are endless
I promise if you learn the skill of being consistent with one thing you want for 5 minutes a day, your life will change
Because how you do one thing is how you do everything
